Thank you for your review, and we are sorry you did not enjoy your time with us. One of the positive things that staff often feed back to us is our ability to accept candidates without experience in social care (where appropriate). This is possible because of the great training we provide, for free. Our teams are often made of up a mixture of experienced staff and those who are new to the sector, which works well for the people we support, as it provides new ideas along with prior knowledge.
