Pros

Great working with clients and some great staff

Cons

Poor management attitude. Tried to raise a health and safety concern that we could fix easily and free. Was told maybe this isn't the job for you by a manager. They have no concern for safety or staff. Risk assessments crosses out and not replaced with anything when it suits.

Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed working with people we support and your colleagues. Obviously we regret you've had concerns about health and safety. This seems out of character for our organisation, as we put an extremely high premium on these matters, and invest in substantial amounts of training. Support from Management and staff, friendly environment, fun places to work,

Cons

Night workers lack of sleep, lots of cleaning on top of the care, don't see management as they leave before we arrive for our shift

Flexibility, great understanding of wellbeing, supportive people with good values

Cons

Pay is higher at other non-charitable organisations, however the culture and work-life balance makes up for the slight difference in pay
