      Constant change and turmoil

      Pros

      The dev team seems happy and the product just got great facelift. The CSM team seems to really care about the customers.

      Cons

      Turnover is incredibly high on the sales team, as of this week -our most tenured rep on the sales team has been here less than a year. Part of the reason for that turnover is management inconsistency. Sales leadership changes something about the plan, quota, expectations, management structure, or territories at least every month. It's very difficult for a rep to focus in and be successful in the midst of constant change.

      Pros

      The office manager Kristen is awesome, and some of the coworkers make it great. Marketing team makes an effort to put out content. CS team and CS lead are always friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Where to begin...Management lacks transparency, micro manages, high turnover on entire sales team, they are just hiring to fill seats and it’s a lacking experience with no coaching only antagonizing about metrics that are ever-changing and unattainable. They beg employees to give positive reviews on Glassdoor to hide how employees are truly treated. I joined InMotionNow hoping to make a difference in a startup and left with such a sour taste in my mouth for how they actually treat employees who dedicate time money and effort for a LESS than comparable triangle salary in terms of base pay and and impossible OTE to reach, even when you hit goals.

      First off, thank you for the feedback. While these types of reviews highlight that we have room for improvement, I am really proud of the foundation that we have built with our new Director of HR, CFO and CSO. I am truly excited about the direction of this company. With respect to sales, our new sales leadership team blends a great mix of individual creativity with a data-driven approach. While I have received overwhelmingly positive feedback on our new sales leadership and approach, I am disappointed to hear that it was not a fit for you. We ultimately value all feedback, from your insights to the reviews we receive from team members willing to share that our culture, transparency and collaborative approach are a great personal fit.
