Pay is under market rate. They like to compensate with shares over giving you market rate salary. Leadership is extremely confused within Marketing. Erratic decision making by the CMO and the managers who report into him are willing to throw you under the bus to keep him happy. I have never experienced blatant sexism in the workplace. If you’re a man, you’ll be ok here. Highly political environment. They will tell you they want to work together and progress the business, but if you want to make actual change- be careful. Leadership across the levels was pretty awful. Managers just let BS slide downhill without trying to find ways to remove obstacles. Sales is a tough job and isn't made any easier when the product is glitchy.
