      Management looks after Management, workers are left with no direction or support. What used to be a great culture has now turned into a place of fear about speaking up or asking for change

      Good exposure to clinical research, a variety of CROs/Sponsors/therapeutic areas etc.

      Cons

      Very low salary, negative blame culture between departments, slow/no career progression (unwillingness to change company structure so you have to wait for the person in the position above you to leave before you will be promoted)
