      Cons

      Very low salary, negative blame culture between departments, slow/no career progression (unwillingness to change company structure so you have to wait for the person in the position above you to leave before you will be promoted)

      Good purpose, general friendliness family friendly in the role I'm in, WFH, flexible hours

      Cons

      biggest company downfall is their inability to invest in its own people. This place is a notorious stepping stone. out of touch senior leadership. ZERO succession planning. Takes advantage of the loyal hard workers.
