Everything! Minimum 2 months salary dues to all employees still (at time I am writing this review). Worst project managers and management team. Almost all heads are from BPO background and don't know how to handle software development projects. They have many names like Business Pro designs, Techsu etc but real fact is they are all under one umbrella. The accounts managers are like dumbs and only know pulling money by hook and crook from client to achieve their sales target and after that they are vanished delivering the work. In this way all clients are pissed of them. Some clients are waiting 3 years even to get their project delivered which should have been delivered in 3 months. There is long book of HR policies when somebody joins, he may start thinking he is in a CMM level 5 company but the real fact will come just after one month when he will not get his salary. They don't even bother to show cause of the delay. Only some fake promise to pay by 1 week. There are dirty politics among the managers and employees. Those who does not know anything about development process, they are the managers and those who can just swallow the legs of those worthless managers, they can only sustain in the floor otherwise there is a fear you can be sacked any time without any notice.

not recommendable at all.No salary for 4 LONG MONTHS.How do you expect your employees to work..A destroyed management,only thugs clients to mint money without any delivery,cheats their own employee while paying,they will write a amount in offer letter and will pay you less .They have a status of running a call center only.Please don't join this company as an experienced candidate or fresher.They will destroy your developing career.If you can work WITHOUT SALARY FOR MONTHS and have patience of taking kicks in your back then work here otherwise never join this fake company.
