They should have axed those people long back to get the best out of the people who are actually working hard to meet the deadlines. The hard working people are always ignored in this Company. Salary was never an issue in this company and the sales persons are used to get their incentives with the salary itself by 1st or 2nd of every month. But now the scenario is completely opposite. Forget about incentives, they are not even paid for their salary for the last three months.
