Pros

Hiring was quick and easy.

Cons

- Employees are treated like disposable tools. - The work culture is hostile and demoralizing. - Managers abuse their power, targeting every new hire and forcing people out within weeks. - The atmosphere crushes morale and leaves staff desperate to escape. - Being part of this company is unbearable and exhausting.

Pros

Good engineers get lot of opportunity to learn and experiment. The company is going through real engineering change where teams are expected to move faster, use new tooling and not stay limited to just one module or bug fixing. Engineering Management is actually quite hands-on. They don’t just sit and give advice, Most of the times they get involved in solving problems with teams, trying things themselves first and then implement with wider team and pushing new ideas. Some experiments fail but at least there is willingness to try. Also people complaining that “Indian management brought their own people” don’t understand basic reality of how teams work. In every company people work with people they trust and have worked with before. Even many of the people writing negative reviews here are themselves waiting to reunite with their previous managers somewhere else if they get chance. If someone wants to grow beyond traditional engineering work and see how modern engineering teams are evolving, there is great exposure here. This is how future engineering organisations will be run. Its uncomfortable but it is true and there are very few places that prepare you for future.

Cons

The environment is not comfortable for everyone. Expectations have changed a lot in last couple of years and some engineers struggle with that shift. Earlier many teams were working in smaller silos and things were slower. Now there is push for faster delivery, automation, AI tooling and broader ownership. For engineers who only want to stay inside their comfort zone this can feel stressful. Communication during transformation sometimes becomes messy because things move quickly and structures are still evolving.

Pros

Working with people from different countries was the only bright spot. It expanded my network and helped me learn new things, but that's about where the positives end.

Cons

- The people in charge set outrageous expectations with no real guidance or support. -Employees are pushed to exhaustion, forced to sacrifice any sense of balance just to keep up. - The work culture has no boundaries, leaving people drained and demoralized. - There is zero direction or clarity about where the company is going or how anyone's career will grow.

Pros

The leadership team at Leapwork is the best I’ve worked with. They show genuine respect for every department in the company and understand the role each team plays in building a stronger, growing organization. There’s an outstanding culture of collaboration—teammates support one another and are invested in helping each other succeed. The buddy system for new hires is especially helpful and makes onboarding feel welcoming and structured. Enablement is thoughtfully designed and easy to access, making it simple to reference materials as you ramp and continue learning. It’s clear that the company puts effort into setting employees up for success. The product itself is resonating favorably with customers who want to accelerate test automation and build pipelines quickly. With exciting, game-changing updates on the horizon, the company is in an even stronger position moving forward. Benefits are another highlight. Vacation time is generous and genuinely supports work–life balance, and the healthcare plans offer solid coverage with much lower premiums than I’ve experienced in previous roles.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, the internal tech stack is still evolving to support expanding teams. Some tools are being phased out while new ones are being evaluated or implemented, which can create temporary gaps in workflows. It’s clear leadership is focused on aligning the right tools for scale, and I’m particularly looking forward to additional AI-driven prospecting and productivity tools that will help increase efficiency for go-to-market teams.

Pros

Strong technical teams, good learning opportunities, and interesting work. Collaboration within engineering teams is generally positive, and the product space has a lot of potential for growth.

Cons

HR policies in India feel extremely rigid and lacking empathy. Minor and commonly known administrative issues (such as billing discrepancies) are handled disproportionately instead of through discussion or guidance. More concerning is how junior or early-career employees are treated. In at least one case, a relatively inexperienced employee faced severe consequences for a trivial mistake rather than being coached or supported. Communication from HR can also feel unnecessarily harsh, which negatively affects morale.

Pros

I’ve been working here as an Engineering Manager, and overall it has been a very rewarding experience. One of the biggest strengths of the company is the culture. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, ownership, and trust, which makes it easier to drive initiatives and make meaningful impact. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and there is a genuine effort to continuously improve both product and processes. From an engineering perspective, the teams are talented and motivated. There is a good balance between delivering customer value and investing in technical improvements. I’ve had the opportunity to work on challenging problems, grow as a leader, and build high-performing teams. Another positive aspect is the level of autonomy given to teams. Decision-making is decentralized, which helps in moving fast and fostering innovation. At the same time, there is alignment on goals and direction. Work-life balance has been reasonable, and the company supports flexibility when needed. Over the years, I’ve also seen consistent efforts to improve employee experience and internal tooling. Pros: Strong engineering culture and ownership mindset Supportive leadership and open communication Opportunities for growth and leadership development Collaborative and talented teams

Cons

Like any growing organization, some processes are still evolving Cross-team dependencies can occasionally slow things down

Pros

Positive work culture, flexible work-from-home options, and a strong product offering.

Cons

Too many frequent changes within the C-Level leadership. The overall strategy tends to shift before the previous initiatives have a chance to show measurable results. Additionally, employee benefits and welfare programs, such as food and other amenities, should be reviewed and improved to better support staff well-being.
