• Long, grueling hours with no work-life balance.
• Toxic work culture dominated by favoritism, especially among Lebanese staff. It feels like a “mafia” environment where only certain people are supported or promoted.
• Micromanagement is suffocating—many directors spend more time nitpicking than actually leading. They want to get their job done and show they are working, whereas the team below is the one doing all the work !! Wake up COO!
• UAE MD, is completely clueless about his responsibilities and unfit for his role. His poor decision-making and lack of leadership have caused more harm than good. He only cares about operations department (who he cares for and favors the most)
Very egoistic and doesn’t care at all for any employee. If he does he must have work from you!
• Leadership across the board is inept. Many directors(mostly all) lack the skills to manage teams or execute strategies effectively.
- work from home is only applicable to the hr head who no one knows does, what is the job role or contribution as most of the time shes not even in the office !!
• Zero appreciation for hard work. Employees are treated like disposable resources rather than valuable contributors.
• Rampant disorganization. Departments lack communication, leading to constant chaos and inefficiency.
• High turnover rate. Most people leave within a year due to burnout and poor treatment. There is a new fashion of termination every 6 months by the company!
