We are genuinely sorry to hear that your recent perception of the culture and leadership has been less positive, especially as you have seen the organisation over a number of years. Your comments are noted and taken seriously.
We do recognise that feedback like this is important input for us as we continue to evolve our culture, leadership capability and people practices.
