      no onboarding, constant turn (for many reasons), big egos in leadership, expectation of work hours is unrealistic

      Pros

      * There's always something new every day. Predictability is low, adding to the excitement. * Feels like a fast-paced startup even if growth is slow. * Maintains a tremendously sized product portfolio, even with low demand. * Strong culture of additive changes without phase-outs. Support always has something to do. * Leads are expected to be managerial and technical. Perfect for those who desire two workloads for the price of one. * Robust contracting culture. A lot of essential knowledge resides out-of-house.

      Cons

      * Recruitment process is stagnant. Still has not hired a CTO. * Engineering and product department staff count is too large. Room to make organization leaner. * Not enough attention paid to most important, sizable clients. Solutions can be too generic sometimes, but should be narrowly tailored.

      - Flexibility in schedule when needed (not all of the time) - Great mission - Multiple people who want to grow the company

      Cons

      - CEO demands in-office presence over true efficiency - Once you say no to a change, you are pushed out - Managers can't actually manage without VP input - Women who make it to the top-level don't last
