The hiring manager called me and asked a lot of questions. Two days later she sent me a list of questions to solve and send her back within two hours. That was a working day, I was in office. At least she should have informed me and asked me for a good time to send those questions. When I email her to buy more time, there was no reply.
I finished the questions and sent my response. Two days later she emailed me to schedule a call with the VP of Engineering and Product who was also a character. First, he forgot to set up a time after that he scheduled a time and then no call. I sent him another email to check the availability then he realized the calendar invite was stuck in his outbox. His questions were convoluted.
Advice to CEO: Hire good people who respect others time and organize a good hiring experience.
