Great vision and values that don't translate at all through the highly personal and defensive culture. Ask them about their staff retention, internal communication, and/or use of their own product.

Great product and great team! Like genuinely my favorite bunch of people I've ever worked with. There is a truly collaborative environment with high trust and autonomy. I have been able to work with people in many different roles around the company. The company is very purpose driven, and everybody believes in, and practices the values.
Cons
Haven't come across anything not to like!
