Pros

Attracts great people, great product.

Cons

Great vision and values that don't translate at all through the highly personal and defensive culture. Ask them about their staff retention, internal communication, and/or use of their own product.

Pros

Genuinely People-First Culture - Joyous walks the talk when it comes to valuing people. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and deeply invested in employee growth and well-being. It feels good to contribute to a product that’s all about helping other companies improve the way they listen to and support their people. Transparency and Open Communication – Leadership communicates openly about the company’s goals, challenges, and wins. Everyone has a voice. I first experienced Joyous as a client while working at a different company, and I was so impressed by the quality of the partnership and the way they work that I decided to join the team myself.

Cons

none that I can think of
