Pros

Benefits are decent. For a remote company, they coordinate several opportunities to meet in person.

Cons

Leadership is stuck in their old ways. There are plenty of ways to make the job easier but they refuse to hear any suggestions.

Pros

You get to work alongside a lot of smart and kind people

Cons

Went through a fairly substantial phase of internal combustion; is just now shaking out and getting back on track. The promotion cycle is disparate across company divisions.

Thanks so much for the review and for calling out the smart, kind people at Iterable. It’s great that you recognize that we’re on the other side of recent transitions and getting back on track. We are leaning hard into our new leadership expectations and V2MOM framework to ensure our promotion processes become more consistent and objective across the entire org. -Jim Bartolomea, CPCO
