Be very aware, Ali Famhami will spread rumors about you if you do not

Pros

The contract I was on was Great, Intratek sucks. If you see positive reviews on this site, those are either leadership posing as employees or employees that we bullied or incentivized to write a positive review.

Cons

Worst company you can imagine. Everything that I was promised was never delivered. I have never worked a place that demands you break the law and if you refuse, the CEO will use personal information about your family to control you. If that doesn't work, the CEO Ali Fahami called, texted, and emailed me day and night 7 days a week. The constant harassment was unbearable. Mr. Fahami and Intratek has been involved in bribery cases in the past and is currently being investigated by the Federal Government. Do a search on Allen Fahami and Orange County bribe. You will find an article by the Mission Viejo Dispatch.

Obviously not a glowing review, but we have to take the bad with the good. As someone who cares deeply about our employees, I can only hope that you had the opportunity to reach out to someone to help resolve your issues instead of holding your displeasure inside you. Given the chance, most matters can be resolved by starting a meaningful dialog and working through differences.

Working at Intratek is a challenge ....

Pros

• Collaborated with talented co-workers who want to better the company

Cons

• Promised growth as the company grows, still waiting on a promotion and raise • There isn't enough money for raises, yet these expense reports checks for mysterious charges are always being written for the elite of Intratek. • Preferential treatment for the owners family and friends • Company office environment can be described like a dictatorship. • Managerial positions are filled by owners family member or friends which results in managerial positions filled by unqualified personnel. • Low pay, unqualified manager, bad work environment, and disregard for talented employees causes the company to have high turnover. • They don’t allow anyone to have a flexible schedule unless you are part of their inner circle. • Women are treated differently from men, might be due to culture. Only woman in a managerial role is an owners(also CFO) wife which creates a conflict of interest. • Benefits package not that great. Company pays for employee benefits but doesn't pay anything for family coverage and it's abnormally high costs. New employees get 5 day’s vacation but are encouraged to use them when the company shut down for holidays with out pay.

We are deeply sorry to hear of your exasperation in the rate in which the company has been growing. I know many employees can get frustrated in the fact that things do not move as fast as they'd like, but the honest truth is that the growth has to happen in the right way, with the proper foundation, or else it is subject to becoming the proverbial "House of Cards", which of course nobody wants to see happen! As for the other items mentioned in this post, they seem to differ greatly from any of the other comments made about Intratek (either within Glassdoor or elsewhere). However, all comments are taken seriously, and I would like to suggest reaching out to someone at the management level that you know will listen to your concerns and will address them individually and without bias. We respect your anonymity, but in this case would suggest advocating for yourself and reaching out for further dialog. If you agree, please send an email to EmployeeRelations@intrapc.com. Comment Added 4/21/15: Please also remember that we have an online employee suggestion box that you can use. It can be found on the Employee Resource Page.
