      Pros

      Paid very well for an entry level salary Free drinks and snacks, once a week catered lunch

      Cons

      Lots of late nights, even if it wasn't that busy - people will give you a hard time if you leave before 6:30, even though working from home is not really an option Lots of sexist behaviour from management level - I was one of very few women, expected to do tasks of an administrative assistant that my male colleagues did not have to, not to mention the amount of sexist comments made towards me from several managers

      Pros

      I cannot think of any. I am trying to come up with something nice to say and it is really difficult. They do have coffee.

      Cons

      Customers are too smart for "if you act now" routine. Sales team uses old, car-dealer style strategies that drive away customers.

      Terrible inconsistencies, lack of communication, lack of respect, and poorly addressed actions from middle and upper management.
