Not enough leadership development available.

Management will find anyway possible to short change their employees. Poor leadership all around. Most people that leave do so with a smile on their face.

Working at this company is a soul shattering descent into a corporate nightmare where your physical and mental well being are fed straight into a meat grinder.. The only saving grace is the frontline staff, who are simply trauma bonded together under a regime of utterly tyrannical leadership. Majority of managers act like vicious bullies masquerading as professionals, spending their days scheming in secret chat rooms to brutally mock the very people breaking their backs to keep this business afloat. You will be ruthlessly worked to the bone, drowning under the suffocating weight of multiple workloads while choking on completely delusional performance targets. Imagine staggering out of the office late at night, utterly hollowed out, only to be forced back into the trenches a few agonizing hours later. To rub salt in the wound, you are expected to sacrifice your life for absolute poverty wages, receiving absolutely zero extra financial allowance for suffering through grueling bank holidays, lost weekends, and severely unsocial hours. With no hope of career progression, and a toxic culture that laughs in your face if you dare plead for basic human decency, this desolate wasteland of an employer will strip away your dignity and leave you an empty shell if you let it

US based group carried an unfair amount of the work due to European labor laws. US team given far less resources, treated poorly.

Leadership alignment and communication are inconsistent across departments. Processes feel reactive rather than strategic, creating unnecessary stress. Limited visibility for employees doing the heavy lifting, and feedback channels often go unanswered. Could benefit from stronger management accountability and a clearer roadmap for operational improvement.
