Pros
You are given real autonomy and trust in your work, which allows for a fulfilling life outside of work. Great communication with both local leadership and international team members. Excellent work-life balance – no forced after-work gatherings. Regular work-from-home Fridays are a huge plus.
Cons
The team manager being in a different location sometimes leads to a lack of oversight for on-site issues. A problematic team member affected the overall work environment, but due to limited managerial presence, the issue remained unresolved. Several team members, including myself, eventually left because of this persistent challenge, which became a major hurdle in maintaining team morale.
