      Pros

      I love to work collaboratively with many experts in my field. Everyone in the company, not only those based in Canada but also those based in France and the US, is very cooperative, open-minded, respectful, and diverse, and almost no gap among structural positions. The company also offers a great life balance and flexibility in works

      I do not see any cons on the team, which I love, but more at the executive and management levels.
