Pros
None. Not a single one. Any of these positive reviews are fake and posted by marketing or the leadership team. This was communicated as a KPI for the Marketing team to improve their Glassdoor rating as the truth has caused their rating to plummet. Go on LinkedIn and connect with some actual employees (current and past) to get some realistic insight into how this company is being run into the ground.
Cons
1) Poor leadership. It starts from the very top down to the managerial level. All clueless, misguided and zero business acumen present. It's all about who you know and how long you've known them. All politics and not an environment of promoting and raising up individuals based on merit. If you`re looking to learn from good leaders, look elsewhere. You will only learn what NOT to do here. 2) Low ceiling, especially if you're a woman. For a company that prides itself on how it treats it's women, it's scary what the reality of the situation is. Women are grossly underpaid for the same role as their male counterparts. 3) Look at the number of recent job postings. It's not because of growth. It's because they are trying to replace their top talent that has steadily been streaming out the door for the past year. The saying "people leave their managers, not their organizations" is absolutely applicable here. 4) No future vision. They have changed their "product roadmap" multiple times. There is no clear vision here which is sad because the company was in a great position to lead but now is trying to match item for item what the competitors in their space are doing. 5) Poisoned work environment. Good employees being fired because their thinking doesn't line up with the CEO's misguided attempts at steering the company. It`s a revolving door here. The good people are leaving on their own before being shown the door for not falling in line with running the company into the ground. No one is on board for collaboration, everyone is out for their own. Add to this that every department has competing KPI's and you will see how hard it is to get anything done here. This environment creates pain and only the client suffers at the end of the day. 6) Salary. Do your due diligence and go research what similar roles are offering in terms of salary. Intelex grossly underpays compared to the market. A proper organization will pay what`s fair and go above that to retain their talent. 7)
