Pros

I worked with some great people over the years.

Cons

Over the past decade, the company has undergone three rebrands and several acquisitions, each accompanied by workforce reductions. In July 2024, the appointment of a new CEO led to significant organizational restructuring, including the addition of multiple management layers and the recruitment of several executives with prior professional ties to the CEO. This expansion increased bureaucracy and resulted in frequent changes to operational processes, impacting overall efficiency and employee morale. In addition, changes to corporate culture were immediately noticeable. At this same time, redundant hiring practices created uncertainty among existing staff, leading to increased voluntary turnover. Communication from management regarding the duplicate job roles was limited or non-existent, further contributing to employee dissatisfaction. In spring 2025, the company made a substantial investment in brand sponsorship with professional golfer Keegan Bradley. About this same time, leadership implemented a freeze on raises and bonuses for 2024 through late 2025, with compensation adjustments deferred most likely until Q2 2026 under a revised merit-based system - clearly showed what their priorities were. Leadership has continued to report strong financial performance and achievement of corporate goals, yet there was a major layoff in July 2024 creating an atmosphere of uncertainty among employees who don't know if they will be next to have HR pop up when they are meeting with their supervisor. Leadership has often stated that they support employee success, however, there appears to be a disconnect between these commitments and actual practices. The organization has experienced the departure of numerous long-tenured employees, resulting in the loss of valuable industry expertise. Feedback from remaining staff indicates a perception of being undervalued and of being treated like second-class citizens.

Pros

- The legacy folks that have been here for a while are amazing. - Work from home is very nice. - Pretty good benefits, unlimited FTO

Cons

- Over the last year this company has undergone a radical transformation into something completely unrecognizable from what it was. It used to be a place people loved to work at, that cared about its employees and its customers. The new leadership is 100% out of touch with their employee base and our customers and make one terrible decision after the next. - You can expect incredibly high frustration levels every single day. - Highly valuable, long tenured employees with huge amount of company and industry knowledge are leaving en masse with no one from leadership batting an eye. - Infios is a lower paying company as well so you can expect to do more work with more frustration for less money. - The CEO claims we're hitting all of our revenue targets and yet a large layoff occurred recently creating instability and fear.

Full of red flags and red tape

Pros

I love that Infios is a remote-first company for most positions although it can be difficult to balance your work day with people from the West Coast to Australia.

Cons

Koerber Supply Chain Software along with its recent acquisitions rebranded as Infios. Somehow the new management ruined multiple decent companies during that process. Zero focus on employee satisfaction (including merit, bonuses, etc.), brand awareness for the numerous other companies, or simply creating an efficient company. Instead leaders are only focused on hiring their buddy, pouring absurd amounts of money for a random golfer to wear a logo that no one knows, creating silos & overly complicated processes, and gaslighting the entire employee base. CEO claims we're financially stable and the teams are hitting their pipeline goals, yet two rounds of layoffs have occurred. Top sellers are fleeing the company in masses, because "they're not set up to sell or get paid." So somehow they managed to run off some of the best paid sales people, who were receiving awards and being flown to an all-inclusive Mexican resort earlier this year. Absolutely no one is happy here unless it's one of the leaders sitting pretty and waiting for a cash out.
