      Pros

      The snacks; the culture is contemporary.

      Cons

      Support staff is always overextended, exhausted, frustrated. Legal assistants have a high turnover rate. Not recommended. Compensation is lower than normal for the market.

      The owners don’t know what they are doing.

      None. Lots of flashy promises and no follow through. Trust is nonexistent. The administrator is a fake and no one likes or trusts her.

      Cons

      The ownership and the administrator are all show. Employee do not feel valued.
