Multiple rounds of interview before hiring. They seemed to really be invested in making sure they hired the right person. I felt really great when finally was selected. They were right to take their time.

Interview
The first interview was by phone, and it was about two weeks before the human resources manager called back to have an in-person meeting. The human resources manager and the attorney supervisor were positive.
