      One of the worst places Ive ever worked in my life.

      None. One of the worst places I have ever been employed.

      The list is extensive but Ill try to condense it the best I can. - Management that is out of touch with the reality of what the Trainers and Therapists are dealing with on a day to day basis. - Shady with payroll - On several occasions the management of the company would not pay overtime and instead dangle it in front of employees to get them to work at times they didn’t want to. - Uncommunicative - On several occasions I was told, not asked, that I would be traveling more than 45 minutes to a separate location to work without prior knowledge. After I had already arrived at my normal working location.

      The patients and co workers

      Cons

      Poor management. Very shady billing practices. Extremely stressful environment and management is constantly sending disrespectful emails. Employees are forced to work while having Covid, but told to not tell patients or co workers. Therapists are treating patients hands on while Covid positive. Pick and choose who they give time and a half to.
