Co-workers if you can trust them can be nice to work with and pleasant to be around.
Equipment is generally in okay shape and taken care of.
Cons
Owner is a legitimate tyrant. Refused to have a yearly review with me despite my working there for 16 months.
When asking the doctors to have my back in disputes with the owner, they capitulated and left me out to dry.
We were not allowed to have downtime even if no patients were in the office, you had to be cleaning and recleaning and recleaning beds that you had already cleaned because it was more important to management that we “appear” busy rather then being productive.
