Flexible schedule, family environment, room to grow in the company, plus pay allows you to earn more than your salary, and close relationships with coworkers.

Cons

I truly don't have any cons. I mean, I would love to have a higher salary but I also feel the pros outweigh the cons of going somewhere else where I would make more money.

Pros

The only thing that kept me going was the families I worked with and built a connection with. You will meet some amazing families that truly appreciate the work you do. The flexible schedule was okay but once the school year starts, be ready to work till late in the evenings. Most schools won’t be able to let you in and provide therapy, due to Health Connect America not creating a contract with the school systems. I don’t have any pros to say about management.

Cons

Low pay, excessive amount of documentation, no guidance from mgmt, no room for growth, unprofessional coworkers, lack of appreciation from mgmt, no positive feedback, raises were promised but not given even after meeting all requirements, lack of communication from mgmt, no value in employees, very low PTO accrual each paycheck.
