Pros
I absolutely love my job at HCA in Alabama! The work environment is open, supportive, encouraging, understanding, and feels like a family at our office. I know my supervisor cares about me and my colleagues. Therapists and Case Managers have the flexibility to make their own schedule as long as clients are receiving required services and documentation is complete. We work hard to ensure optimal client care at HCA in Alabama by training new employees thoroughly and providing them with the support and guidance they need. State leadership is amazing and always supportive when needed. The salary isn't comparable to other agencies in Alabama, but the "perks" of working at HCA far outweigh the pay! Pros: schedule flexibility (you create your own schedule!), positive work environment, staff training, collaboration with colleagues and community agencies, opportunity for growth/promotion, inclusive, meeting clients where they are.

Salary could be better, but the perks/benefits outweigh this one con, in my opinion.
