Pros

Working level employees, and most of local management are all great people

Cons

- Below Average Pay - Bonuses are dismal compared to the customers we supply, no bonus at all in 2023 due to poor management at a corporate level. When it comes to cutting costs, expect your wallet to be hit before executives get a pay cut. - Workload continually increasing, unable to retain current employees or properly incentivize new ones (again, due to corporate being too cheap to properly compensate workers compared to market). - Arbitrary return to work policy after three years of successful program delivery with a wfh / hybrid model - Upper management is secretive, and treats professional level employees like children. Always selling negative changes as “exciting and good” instead of just being upfront and treating people, as people.

Pros

Clean office environment and onsite cafeteria

Cons

I went through the interview process just a few months ago. I was interviewing with another company at the same time. My ultimate decision was based on the hybrid schedule they boasted about. It was really important that my position would be flexible and in return I would give more than your typical 40 hours per week with no qualms. 3 weeks after I start (turned down the other job offer) HR announces they are revoking any and all flexible work schedules. I feel deceived and angry.

Pros

Decent pay, week-long Christmas break, and 6% 401k match. The company is also in pretty good standing financially, but that doesn't stop them from being cheap about everything aside from executive salaries.

Cons

The company is stuck in the past and run by extremely demanding and unrealistic Korean bosses who prioritize making things look better than they actually are above everything else. There is also a complete lack of company-wide standards and organization made even worse by a recent exodus of most of the worthwhile employees who took all their knowledge with them before documenting anything.
