Pros
It's still small enough to know everybody. It's going to be huge. It lets jerks move on elsewhere, so there aren't any here. It's small enough that everyone gets to learn new things all the time. It doesn't care where you live but there's going to be an office in San Francisco. The Chairman is a wizard. The leadership is hilarious in a good way.
Cons
GrayMeta is young so its Chiefs haven't had time to hire enough Indians yet. They're doing that now. If you're looking for formal hiring processes, they're not built yet.
