Workload can be intense at times

Work-life balance is poor. Pay and benefits are fair depending on how well you negotiate at interview. many employees wonder if it’s their last day at all times or most are planning on quitting. Very high turnover rate, very scary. In general, micro manage, deceitful, conniving, malicious, degrading, talk down to their employees. Makes up own rules and changes them to fit own personal agenda on a whim without any warning or notice usually at the employees expense. Overall employee trust in management is lost. Managers don’t believe in employees and employees stopped believing in management.
