Literally none, it’s not worth it

Everything about this place is bad, management is the worst. They talk down on you and treat you like gum under their shoe. They will not hesitate to remind you how “small” you or your position are to them. Stay far away from this place, all management is all a part of the problem, going to someone higher up isn’t even an option here, the higher ups (HR, CFO)is the BIGGEST bully at this place and they WILL take managements side no matter what.

Job was close to my home.

Cons

Management treats employees horribly; working here is like being on the set of Mean girls. The Owners don't realize management is ruining the atmosphere of the workplace.They Hire illegal immigrants and unlawfully ship Hazmat materials. OSHA is probably in the process of shutting them down soon. Beware of this place if you value your mental health. Raises are unfair due to if management likes you personally not professionally.
