Pros

The pay is reasonable. There's "unlimited time off", which I'm sure that the people who aren't productive will take advantage of.

Cons

That surreal feeling when three levels of management above you are discussing your idea, but they're too dumb to understand it, and too egotistical to acknowledge you or ask you to speak to it (while you're in the room)? That's Gogo. Management will work you hard, and take credit for your work, and spend that credit trying to add new layers between you (the worker) them, and sequester you from the people who actually make decisions (who, by the way, have no clue about fundamental aspects of the product that you work on). Gogo loves it's layers. Gogo says it's Agile, but that's not true. They got rid of scrum masters. Planning is really just giving you a set of features they require, and a date to hit. Every PI is a ridiculous ask, and management will demand every feature, and then try to close the gap by hiring more people - people you'll have to train while also maintaining capacity.

We have a culture of accountability and transparency, where employees are encouraged to discuss issues and concerns with their Managers and the executive team. As an organization, we make changes based on feedback of our employees and teams. We are not perfect but we strive to listen and make appropriate improvements when necessary. We do not believe that the majority of our employee base feel the same way that you do.

Pros

work life balance, newest technologies in the industry

Cons

The GM said no one was getting fired. The following week, 5 employees were "restructured out" and the list keeps growing. If you are popular with the higher ups, meaning if you kiss their butts, they'll keep you. If you offer a new prospective, for get it, you're out!

Pros

Some good people. Could be profitable. Lots of opportunity in the industry.

Cons

Internal Structure doesn't make sense for a "technology" company. No accountability to those who cause problems either intentional or because of incompetence. Same mistakes made over and over with predictable results. No long term strategic plans. Leadership doesn't think more than 1 quarter ahead. Company top goals change every quarter. Be prepared to rework every task at least 2 or 3 times because of lack of planning. Project Phase Gate reviews are a joke! Lots of managers more focused on empire building than success of the company. Very poor product quality compared to other products in similar industries. Customers have learned to lower expectations and deal with poor performance.
