Bad pay. HR is not very upfront, I got gaslighted into thinking I was in a graduate programme (where I would be moving into different departments across the company) was instead in the collections department the whole time. They also don't care about employees mental health , especially in my department where we undergo a lot of verbal abuse. They lack any Employee Assistance Programmes. Hours were bad too, for the amount of salary I received as well. Also training programs are more 'sink or swim', definitely a steep learning curve.

Management needs to care for staff and they need to put it in action and not only say they do. Toxic work environment, management discriminate between staff, they treat people leaving like they do not exist. Management provide misleading information saying things are confidential but it's not and then held against the person.
