      Pros

      Good location, good for non experienced staff.

      Cons

      Management needs to care for staff and they need to put it in action and not only say they do. Toxic work environment, management discriminate between staff, they treat people leaving like they do not exist. Management provide misleading information saying things are confidential but it's not and then held against the person.

      Great potential to be a real good company.

      Cons

      Short term view of profits is what drove this place to the ground. Previous executive management more interested in making money off vulnerable people. They left before things got really bad.
