Upper management micromanaged, undermined, constantly changed direction of product/messaging, etc. Felt like they were still trying to figure out who they were and where they were going after 8 years as a startup. Witnessed unethical treatment of employees, unjustified firings, and a complete lack of integrity on the inside even as they promoted trust and integrity in their external messaging. Constant changes in direction followed by firings (sometimes in mass).
