Cons
Like all mining business, the company has been caught in a super cycle down turn and has had to survive which means long term strategy has become short term survival and adaptation. As with all small companies, career path levels are scarce. The upside is that you go from bottom to top quickly, and career satisfaction comes in what you do instead of in who you control.
