      Pros

      The people in the offices doing the daily work are what make the company ok. There are some great people trying to do really good work but are being stopped by the leadership out of Calgary and Toronto.

      Cons

      -Manipulation -Poor leadership -Lack of innovative ideas They have forced out or laid off anyone who was working to do good in the company while stifling any personal growth or aspirations you may have as an employee.

      The hours are amazing. The schedule is very flexible. Most of the people working there are great.

      Cons

      Management is a little short sighted. Not seeing the changing marketing opportunities brought on by technology.
