1. Free breakfast every week provided you are early. 2. Culture and values set are good. 3. So so salary for executive. 4. Salary scale brief to everyone and have full transparency from Junior staff up to Corporate Officer.
Cons
1. Deduct Pay for breakfast for everyone on that session. i.e. if breakfast is $55 for 18 person, you pay $55. 2. Session has no added value where the training is only on character building. It should be more productive like Microsoft Excel Training. 3. The management do not follow what they preach. All culture and values set are not even followed by the Management namely the CEO and CMO. 4. Salary is so transparent that everyone knows each other salary. 5. Salary not according to salary market. Mostly below market. i) Executive - $2000 to $3000 ii) Manager - $3001 to $3500 iii) Corporate Officer - $3501 to $5000 Salary scale is a joke.
