Bad management - Anonymous employee Gabkotech Innovations Employee Review

Management emphasize a lot on company culture, but actions doesn't match up. Opinions and feedback by staff are not valued or considered. High turn overate, management don't value employees when they deem that they don't share the same values as them. No proper HR structure, no proper SOP for staff training, ridiculous KPI set by the management. Inadequate resources, management is stingy. Additional roles given overtime, even when it's not the position you applied for. No incentives, no benefits, no compensations whatsoever, no means of encouraging employees to make them feel that it's worth "fighting" for the company. Product idea is good, but the quality of it is the worse I've ever seen.
