My salary, and all the bells and whistles that make you believe you are at a "cool" company.
Cons
Almost everything. Shady business practices (seminars dealing with "how to use the obsessive-compulsive character trait of many gamers to have them buy as much ingame currrency as possible" etc.), clear preferential treatment of sexy girls (when they are willing to go to a bar with the boss and/or wear very short skirts), arbitrary promotions (well, not so arbitrary - the ones who knew the section dept. boss from before were the only ones to move up ) etc. etc.
