Great work culture. C team and middle management where generally transparent with goals and areas of focus. Did not feel left in the dark compared to other mobile gaming companies

If you where not on a team working on a new game you felt stagnent.

Engineers tended to have good team dynamics for the most part. Middle management did a great job keeping execs and initiatives from upper management from getting in the way of engineers' jobs

Some upper management was extraneous at best and actually hurt the team's productivity at worst. Work on mobile games isn't great experience for other fields since it doesn't really use tech from other gaming spheres (c++) and doesn't really use cutting edge mobile app design.
