      Pros

      - Most of the people are nice to work with - Solid Working from home policy and somewhat flexible working hours mean great work-life balance. - Technical challenges are interesting

      Cons

      - Company feels directionless. - Products are built but are pushed to very few users or discarded entirely. - There's very bad communication inside the company, leadership does not communicate well with anyone. - Non-competitive compensation and benefits are justified with you also 'gaining lots of experience and having lots of freedom'. - Company culture is basically nonexistent

      Pros

      Majority of the people are great to work with and very friendly. Tech work is challenging and interesting. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Lack of strong leadership and no idea as to the direction of the company. Very bad communication to employees even though it's only got 25 ppl. CEO is pretty much useless, more of a sales guy and has no idea how to run personnel or a business. Biggest con is the interview process. Beware as they promise stock options and pension but none materialize. The claim that they do machine learning is also a lie.

      Pros

      It has a very inclusive environment. Even though there are multiple teams, you get to work with each team thanks to squad works which has a new task each quarter with new members. Squads are great opportunity to get to know people across teams and also get to know what other people do. As a bonus you create a new product you can be proud of! Fospha is very supportive, if you want to acquire new skills. It is a great place to grow.

      Cons

      I cannot say it is a con, but if your personality is not a good match for start-up, it is not right place to be.
