      Great place for growth but management is a bit of challenge

      Pros

      It is a good place if you are seeking growth in you profile even though you have to wait for 18 month for a growth but if you are decent in what you do growth is guaranteed Job security is also great I have seen them moving those who don't perform to other process multiple time rather then Letting them go

      Cons

      Management is bit of challenge here I have been promoted 2 time in my experience and been in 3 processes but the management in each process is always client centric they would always try to juice you for as much as they can out of you

      Pros

      Firstsource Solutions provides the people inside to explore a number of opportunities & explore their interests . The Leadership in the workplace has a good base of seasoned people with number of skills & within their guidance you can make yourself in one strong unit. The Company diversity in business allows you to choose a number of places to work remotely & also on site .

      Cons

      As the company's structure is a total BPO where the work keeps going on 24*7 you will face days where you will feel burned-out . The shifts pattern in the depends in the process you working depends if they fixed Sat & Sun off & vice versa . The stress level in every workplace is always high & specially in BPO industries stress level is much as it requires you to be mentally strong ! The last thing to be said here will be every company has a decided structure of working ( some have complex & streamlined ) & giving workload to their employee , so this totally depends on P2P how they handle certain cons* at their job .
