Pros
Diverse range of experience working with multiple clients, nice office with good parking, free coffee bar / weekly snacks, friendly and helpful coworkers, many company events.
Cons
Low wages and benefits, annual performance review is divorced from merit increases, high turnover rate of experienced employees, no paid sick days, most employees only have one week paid vacation, insurance is mostly paid for by the employee, employees are often sent home unpaid due to lack of work.

Was ok until I realized this is a company with incompetent management. Constant cash flow issues.
Cons
Owner micromanages to the extent he is wrecking the company.
