Full benefits package, work remotely under certain conditions, flex time structure allows you to have a family life and still work a 40 hour job without constantly requesting time off, they care about you as a person here and value your humanity and won't just fire you without asking you what's going on in your life, etc. Good people.
Great work life balance and schedule flexibility for those that earn it. Rewards are given to those that outperform expectations. Most employees are invested in their work and want to improve the business and help implement new productivity tools. Plenty of opportunities to those that want them.
Cons
Business improvements are slow to materialize. "Standard" benefits (insurance, 401k, etc.) are sub-par and base salary is average.
