      VERY LOW to NO incentive program

      Pros

      Good colleages and laptops are provided.

      Cons

      Terrible office politics. Very low incentives (just 3% of your basic pay) will be given to you YEARLY!? HR will ask for performance eval but some managers will not work on it that's why you will not receive merit increase. Labor relations are USELESS. HR needs to improve on employee engagement. HR head is hard to reach. Only email is the means of communication. HRIS is unreliable and will result to salary dispute.

      Cons

      Within a year, the employee was placed on floating status multiple times. Each floating period lasted between one to two months, during which it was strictly no work, no pay. The company does not allow the employee to be absorbed by the client, even when there are available positions, limiting the employee’s opportunity for stable employment.
