- don’t hire Ex faire employees back. People who have been at faire for longer are getting paid less then new people
- layoffs totally destroyed culture. There was little thought put into it and over 300 people lost their jobs
- borderline racist. … entire sales team lacks diversity. Everyone comes from a privileged Bay Area background and people of color have been mysteriously let go
- lack of empathy for ICs and customers. You are told to throw sh*t at the fan and hopes it sticks

- billionaire boys club. The leaders have no idea what it’s like to own a small business and it shows
- no clarity
- continue to hire on more people while firing huge chunks of workforce
