Pros
Faire is a tight-knight, fast-paced company that values and recognizes hard working team players, and is driven by an amazing mission to help empower small business owners. The leadership team has been incredibly transparent and forthright throughout the uncertainty that comes with a pandemic, and has shown how much they truly value their employees.
Cons
The only thing that may be considered a "con" is work/life balance at times, however this comes with the start-up territory. That being said, management recognizes this and is actively working towards achieving a better work/life balance for their employees through some of the new policies and procedures they are introducing.
